A 20% deposit secures your dates and room category. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Peak weeks around New Year may need a larger first payment, and we put that figure in writing before you transfer anything.

Choose dates, pay the 20% deposit, receive the booking confirmation and hotel vouchers. Pay the balance 30 days before departure, then we issue final transfer and excursion vouchers. Card, bank transfer in hryvnia, and payment in EUR are all accepted.

Ukrainian passport holders receive a free 30-day visa on arrival, so no advance application is needed. Your passport must stay valid for at least one month beyond the return date, and the resort booking confirmation is checked at the airport.
Verify with the embassy before travel
The UAE requires pre-approval. Start at least 10 working days before departure. We prepare and submit the file for you; processing usually takes 5 to 10 working days and the final decision is made by the authorities.
Timing is an estimate
Medical travel insurance is required for the UAE visa file and strongly recommended for the Maldives. Look for a policy that covers island transfers, water activities and medical evacuation, and arrange it in the same week you pay the balance.
