Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of trelirox.com and bookings made through it.
1. Provider
trelirox.com is operated by trelirox.com, private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 84664304, Business Center 'Horizon', 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; contact@trelirox.com; +380 936 970 9131. Published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
2. Use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Before booking we give accurate information about us, the tour operator and the services under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995. A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation and receive payment.
3. Prices and cancellation
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes. Cancellation deadlines are stated before booking; refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of valid cancellation, less non-recoverable third-party costs. Your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 are unaffected.
4. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@trelirox.com or +380 936 970 9131; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
5. Data and cookies
We process personal data on a lawful basis with consent where applicable, per Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Protection of Personal Data' dated 01.06.2010. Cookies follow Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
6. Liability and changes
We are not liable for indirect loss or events beyond our reasonable control; nothing limits liability the law does not allow to be limited. We may update these Terms; the published version applies.
